Requirements
- Each student will need a folder for music. Folders will be left in a cabinet in the music room.
- Each student should have a pencil in their folder.
- Each student will be assigned music for each concert. It is the student's responsibility to return the music after the concert in good condition to Mrs. Doring. Students will be charged for lost or damaged music.
- Attendance is essential at all concerts. Excused absences should be cleared by Mrs. Doring two weeks prior to the concert. Illness on the day or evening of the concert is automatically excused. Ail absences should be communicated to Mrs. Doring through a note signed by a parent or guardian.
- Attendance is required at all sectional rehearsals. These rehearsals will occur during Related Arts times. A schedule for this will be forthcoming. Students are expected to arrive on time to their sectional rehearsal after checking-in with their Related Arts teacher. Most of the individual performance grading and sight singing will done at this time. Additionally, there will be several night rehearsals this year. Attendance is required at these rehearsals. The dates are listed in the calendar in the back of this packet.

The cummerbund and or bow tie will be returned to Mrs. Doling, at the end of the year, in good condition. Should the cummerbund and or bow tie become soiled, it is the student's responsibility to have it dry-cleaned. - Chamber Choir is a co-curricular class. All members are expected to participate and sing their best at all times. The Burleigh Manor Choirs have developed an expectation of excellence and a reputation for performing quality literature.
